HEALTH
FAIR ANNOUNCEMENT
The
Board of Trustees for the Health & Welfare Fund are
pleased to announce
a change in the annual Health Fair.
The Health Fair will be held on Saturday,
November 10th and November 17th.
The Trustees have moved the date to November to
include flu shots. With
an anticipated shortage of flu vaccine once again this
year, we have been limited to only 200 vaccines;
however, if we receive early enough notification that
more participants are interested in receiving this
vaccine, we will attempt to obtain a larger quantity.
Please watch for additional information including
how to sign up, which will be mailed to your home by
Miami Valley Hospital.
The Health Fair is offered for Members and their
spouses.

OSHA
30-Hour Course
The
JATC will be offering an OSHA 30-hour class beginning
October 4, and concluding on November 8, 2007.
All classes will be on Thursday evenings starting
at 5:00 p.m. Class

Fire
Alarm Prep Class
The
JATC will be offering a fire alarm class in preparation
for the State of Ohio Fire Alarm Exam on the following
dates starting at 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday,
November 7 and Wednesday, November 14
There
is no charge for this class.
Study guides and reference material will be
provided.

Fire
Alarm State Exam
The
State Fire Marshall’s office will be at our facility
to administer the exam on Friday, November 16, 2007 at
9:00 a.m.
There
is a $50.00 examination fee that must be paid, and
registration forms that must be completed
at
the JATC office
before you can reserve a spot in this class and/or sit
for the exam.I
