Doug Woolard: Are We Getting What We're Paying For?

We understand the team manager is not always going to be a popular person in his own building. They must make difficult decisions while trying to balance the needs of a wide range of stakeholders. Donors, coaches, student-athletes, the university administration, administration conference, NCAA, fans, television people, the media, their own employees ... and oh yeah, their teams have to win on the fields and courts.

I have a even better! Why many teachers receive raises two JCPS last year? If you take a look at the salary schedule, teachers receive step increases - they receive a salary increase, for example, when they get a master's degree or have worked for JCPS for x number of years.
